Was just passing thru. Needed a comfy bed and clean place to rest and shower. This was perfect On/off highway stop at a reasonable price. I gave it a four star because there was not a single towel in the room and the phone to call the front desk did not work. I called the front desk with my cell phone and she said she would have towels for me at the desk and she apologized and said management would be informed…
I stayed here one night because it was the cheapest hotel on Google Maps at the exit off I-24 when we decided to stop. I paid $74.59 for two adults in a double bed room. The beds were comfortable and the linen was clean and in good shape. Window air conditioner worked great in 100 degree weather. The lady at check in was friendly. There are some minor maintenance issues like a toilet that won't stop running, showers in need of refurbishment, a parking lot that's in pretty bad shape and the ice machine wasn't working and we had to go to the hotel next door to get ice. For a place to crash on a budget I wouldn't hesitate to come back.
The staff were kind and they weren't stingy with their small supplies. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. We seen NO BUGS! They have new mattresses we seen the old ones by the trash. Breakfast we never had and they never told us breakfast times. We still were satisfied with our stay..
